Late or lost international orders

In the event that an order shipped by the Standard Method is late, Mayan Treasures must wait 45 days before considering the order officially "lost". These delays are usually attributed to the customs process and are beyond our control.

General shipping information

At this time Mayan Treasures ships items as they become available. We will make every effort to send your order in one box, however part of your order may be delayed due to item availability. Mayan Treasures is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for both our U.S. and international customers. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

Additional shipping costs

You can be charged an additional shipping fee if we have to re-ship an item due to an address error. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Backorders (out of stock items)

Mayan Treasures makes every effort to get backordered item(s) re-stocked as soon as possible. If we haven't been able to locate and ship backordered item(s) to you in 30 days, these items will be canceled.

If we have been able to locate the backordered item(s), they will be delivered to you via the shipping method chosen at the time your order was placed.

Customs duties and taxes

Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Mayan Treasures charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.

You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
