RETURNS

If any item fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned for a replacement (if available), a refund, or exchanged for another item. You may return the merchandise back to the Website.

By Mail:

1.  Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date of the shipment to you; the merchandise must be unworn with label intact.

2.  Complete the required return information on the original invoice included with your package.

3.  Pack and seal your return securely and include the original invoice. Use the pre-printed return label if you like.

4.  Mail the package to:  2 Avenida 38-16 Zona 11  Residenciales Primavera 01011   Guatemala City, GT 01011. 

You must pay for the expense of the return to us, and your original shipping charges are not refundable.

5. There are no additional shipping charges on exchanges.
